Hi! My name is Terria Judge, and I have lived in Garden City since April 1980. I raised my four children in this great city. They are all grown up now. My oldest son is a fireman for Garden City. My daughter and her husband now live in Texas with my beautiful (pride and joy) redheaded granddaughter, Jaycee. My second son graduated from OSU as a top engineer in 2004 and is in Houston, Texas. My youngest is a Theatre major and he has one more year at OSU.

Throughout their growing years in Garden City, I enjoyed participating in their school and summer activities. Soccer and Baseball are Big in Southwest Kansas! The school curriculum prepared them well for graduation and they all received scholarships toward secondary education.

My husband and I live in the beautiful Southwind Country Club area of Garden City (there are lots of gorgeous properties available there) and I enjoy golfing and gardening. We have a cute little Bichon/Poodle mixed dog, Teddy who loves to run circles around the house.

I am a third generation Realtor-I guess you could say I grew up in the business. I always carry my cell phone as it is my goal to provide excellent service to my clients. One way I do that is to be available practically 24-7.

I have a Masters degree in Management, but more importantly, I have completed hundreds of hours of real estate courses and exams to obtain and maintain my license in Kansas, which I have held since 1986. I am a Broker Associate, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and a graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).
